Omissions & Truth

The police left out an actual investigation into the crime. They never bothered to test the truthfulness of D. Bean or investigate any other person. They went to visit D. Bean's cousin and according to them, they were told he had attorney representation and never investigated further.

The left out text records which showed that Joseph had previously arranged to move out of state for work, and was pure happenstance that the day he left was the same day as the shooting. As well as evidence that Joseph was likely visiting his child in Montgomery County where the cell phone ping shows him being located. In addition, they left out that their own cell phone detective's report shows D. Bean's cousin with him during his trip(s) to the area of the shooting.

They also decided not to mention that Joseph fully planned to serve his time for selling the CI guns and drugs with no indication of being angry at the CI for the CI's role in his arrest & prosecution for that crime. Want more? well, they left out that D. Bean requested to withdraw his plea, and so did the additional person. Still not done, because they also left out a report they received from an actual cell phone expert that contradicts the findings of the cell phone detective.

They failed to also investigate whether Joseph was a target of the crime at hand being as though he was the only person other than the CI that could put away the seller of the guns that started the whole ordeal. That matters because, that person was none other than, D. Bean's cousin, the uncharged person!!
